Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my handcrafted creations! Due to the unique, handmade nature of my items, please understand that slight variations in color, appearance, and texture may occur.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 48 (forty-eight) hours of placing your order without giving any reason for doing so.

If payment has already been made, you will be reimbursed within Five-Days of notification of cancellation.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform me of your decision by means of a clear statement.

I DO NOT offer returns or refunds for any reason.

If your item arrives damaged (broken or unusable), please contact me immediately by e-mail michelle@thereikichamber.shop

You MUST provide clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon verification of the damaged, I will offer a replacement (if possible) or a store credit. Replacements can take up to 3-5 days to get shipped out.

**Damage Does NOT include minor variations in color, appearance, or texture inherent in handcrafted items.

How to Report Damage:

1. Email me at michelle@thereikichamber.shop with your order number.

2. Attach clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging.

3. Describe the damage in detail.
